Orders are processed within 1 working day and fulfilled by our approved third-party suppliers, with products delivered directly to customers. We ship to Mainland UK only and do not offer international delivery.

Returns Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To begin a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page or by email. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused
  • in its original condition
  • in its original packaging
  • complete with all accessories (if applicable)
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Used items cannot be returned for hygiene and sanitisation reasons.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Unless we instruct you to return the item directly to our supplier, please send all approved returns to:

Damages, Faults & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can quickly assist and resolve the issue.

 

Warranty & Manufacturer Guarantees

Some products include a manufacturer’s warranty, which is displayed on the relevant product pages. Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or supplier.

Certain products are not suitable for commercial use, and commercial customers may not receive equivalent warranty cover. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for business or commercial use, please contact us before purchasing.

Non-Returnable & Special-Order Items

The following items cannot be returned or cancelled unless faulty, of which may be replaced or gift card equivalent to the value credited:

  • Bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order products
  • Special-order items not held in stock
  • Certain large or specialist items over £1,000 RRP may be non-returnable due to supplier fulfilment arrangements
  • Used items (for health and hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether an item is returnable.

Discretionary Returns

In limited cases, we may accept returns on non-returnable or special-order items at our discretion. If accepted, deductions may apply, including:

  • restocking fees
  • supplier return fees
  • original outbound shipping charges
  • non-refundable payment processing fees

Any deductions will be communicated before you return the item.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, you may return your order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes up to 14 working days after we receive the returned item
  • Your bank or card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction

If more than 30 working days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us so we can investigate.
